Beta Terms of Service

These terms describe the current beta operation of AIDeepDebate. Paid checkout is not open yet. Final pricing, refund, DDT credit, and business registration details may be updated before paid checkout launches.

Service

AIDeepDebate is an AI-assisted decision-support service. It helps users stress-test ideas, plans, product assumptions, strategy questions, and arguments through a structured debate flow using multiple AI models.

Accounts and beta access

- Google OAuth is used for account sign-in.

- The beta is intended for users aged 19 or older.

- Light, Standard, and Premium review flows may be limited during beta.

- Model configuration, DDT pricing, retention, and availability may change.

DDT credits and checkout

DDT is the internal usage credit for starting AI debate reviews. Business registration is complete, and paid checkout is currently scheduled to open after the mail-order sales filing result and payment provider approval are settled. Until then, available DDT may come from operator grants or free-trial allowances.

Paid DDT, free DDT, and refunds

After checkout opens, paid DDT and free promotional DDT are tracked separately. First-purchase bonus DDT, if offered, is free promotional credit and is not cash-refundable. The refundable amount for a partially used purchase may be calculated from the remaining paid DDT plus bonus DDT granted by that purchase. See the Refund and Billing Policy for details.

AI output limitations

AIDeepDebate outputs are decision-support materials, not final answers or professional advice. Outputs may contain inaccurate facts, outdated information, omissions, bias, flawed reasoning, or over-generalized conclusions. Important decisions should be verified with original sources and qualified professionals.

User input

Do not enter sensitive personal information, another person's personal data, trade secrets, confidential information, or content that infringes a third party's rights. Inputs intended to enable unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, hate, discrimination, security bypass, or rights infringement may be restricted.

AI provider transmission

Your topic, intermediate debate outputs, prompts, and final outputs may be sent to AI API providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to generate the review. Provider processing is governed by each provider's terms and privacy documentation.

Retention and deletion

- Debate result content is retained for 7 days by default.

- After the retention period, result content is automatically deleted.

- Download HTML or JSON results during the retention period if needed.

- Minimal operational logs, usage receipts, payment records, and security records may be retained separately for accounting, abuse prevention, support, and legal compliance.

Maintenance

AIDeepDebate may show a service notice, enter drain mode, or block new review and payment creation during planned maintenance or incidents. Existing history and result downloads remain available when the system can safely provide them.

Business information

Business registration is complete. The mail-order sales filing has been submitted and is waiting for review. Checkout will open after Toss Payments review is complete.
