Refund, DDT, and billing policy
This page explains the planned beta billing policy for DDT credits, first-purchase bonus credit, consumption order, system-failure handling, and refunds. Business registration is complete, while paid checkout remains closed until the mail-order sales filing result and payment-provider review are settled.

First-purchase bonus
The first-purchase bonus is granted once per account per package tier after a successful payment. Refunds do not necessarily reset bonus eligibility for that package tier. Failed or canceled payment attempts should not consume bonus eligibility.
Refund calculation
If a purchase is partially used, the refundable amount may be calculated using the remaining DDT from that purchase, including both paid DDT and bonus DDT. If bonus DDT has already been used, it may reduce the refundable amount.
System failures
DDT may be returned or adjusted when a provider call fails, a result cannot be generated, a quality validation failure prevents normal delivery, a guard failure occurs, DDT is charged twice, or a payment succeeds but DDT is not granted.

Receipts and requests
Payment receipts may be sent by the payment provider. Your AIDeepDebate DDT wallet and usage history are available after login. For billing or refund requests, contact [email protected] with your account email, order ID or payment date, reason, and debate ID if applicable.
